Our one-on-one sessions are designed to help you manage personal challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. With a safe and non-judgmental space, we work collaboratively to help you find clarity and healing.
Trauma-Focused Group Therapy
Our trauma-focused group sessions provide a supportive environment for individuals recovering from emotional or physical trauma. Participants share experiences, build resilience, and learn coping strategies.
Group Size: Maximum 12 participants
Mental Wellness Workshops
We partner with organizations, non-profits, and any teams wishing to enhance their mental health capabilities. Workshops may include customized interventions focusing on stress management, resilience building, and emotional intelligence to boost productivity and employee well-being. We also develop mental health training manuals and in-service training in basic counselling skills for health workers.
Youth Emotional Support Programs
Our programs focus on helping young people (ages 14 – 18 years) navigate emotional challenges, develop self-awareness, and build coping skills. Topics include self-love, coping skills, self-care, managing academic stress, managing relationships, and self-esteem.
